Do I need any special tech or software to use this?
Nope! We were going to sell this as just a google doc but realised not everyone has a google account. So inside the portal there are various versions of the workbook in different formats:

I created 5 WAYS TO GET MORE PEOPLE TO SAY YES TO YOUR OFFERS because I was wrapping up a group program with my clients and this question was asked by one of my clients. "I don't have a problem with closing sales in my workshops, I have a problem getting people to say yes to come to my workshops" and one after one all the other clients said "and me" or " me too". So I took this question into my private larger group and pretty much everyone who responded to the poll said that they too wanted to know how to get more people to say yes to their masterclasses and workshops. So I said I'd create it for them!
